A military contemporary of the M601 is the M615 ambulance, whose coach was built by Mark Body Company. This one is from Argentina, and they also served in Thailand.
The roofline and rear step distinguish the M615 from the earlier and quite similar Gerstenslager Power Wagon ambulance, which the US Navy used to bridge the gap between the WC54 and M43. |
