I see you aren't tubeless so the beads had to be added individually through the stem. Did you use SS or ceramic beads? Ceramic break up over time and lose the ability to counter weight. How many ounces of beads were added? I have 11 ounces in each tube running 1100/16 XLs on combat rims at it works well. You should be at 8 or 9 ounces in each of your tubes, PIF has a link to what is recommended. If you over ounce the recommended amount it will result in wheel wobble side to side. This is probably your issue for the vibration, you might be some ounces over no other reason for it that I can think of. Inspect the tires if you haven't for any abnormal looking issues.

I experienced the same issue but it was an alternator with a bent pully shaft that would start at about 1800 rpm. I didn't find that issue until I planned to use that alternate on my engine conversion.
