I drove it for about 7000 miles with beads in only the rear tires. It drove rather nicely, but I recently rotated the tires, increased the pressure to 50 psi, and put beads in the remaining tires. Then I had the strange vibrations. So to directly answer your question; yes I drove the truck before adding the last sets of beads and it seemed to drive fine with respect to tire balance. I added the remaining sets of beads because I didn't think there wold be any harm to do so (and I had not yet driven on the spare tire). The Beast once again has no vibration, though the increase in tire pressure did significantly increase the stiffness of the ride so that now I can feel the road surface roughness very well. :)
