Sometimes when you mount a tire on the rim it may land in a spot that automatically is balanced, and doesn't need balancing. I've had that with the combat rims and 900-16 tires. If the rear tires weren't acting like they were out of balance, then by adding the beads it could have created an out of balance condition. Did you drive the truck to see if they needed balancing before adding the beads?
