No an open end for the most part although I do have line wrenches. The image at the link shows the gap between fitting and 9/16 wrench, 1/2 inch wrench won't fit it. I guess I'm particular about parts. I thought it was the fittings/flares until I started the engine and pressed on the brake pedal hard, then I found it was leaking around the shaft of the proportion valve which I removed, and now no leaks. Junk parts, no cheap part either. Anyway I'm good now with the brakes, on to another little bug. Thanks Client!
P.S. The fittings are advertised as NPT??
