Good discussion on bolts below. Should you need to order replacement bolts, in the files that were attached to my posts, you have the OEM torque specs, 130 - 140 pounds on the nuts, and OEM part numbers and length of the Clip/U-bolt depending on the number of spring leaf's. You also need to mention the PW springs are "underslung" meaning they are attached under the differential housing so that will be important for the grade of bolt since the bolt has to support the vehicle and payload of at a minimum 9,500 pounds. VPW does sell a U-bolt and it doesn't appear forged, and I don't know the grade, but that is an option if you choose. I personally would have forged U-bolts made to the specs above pushing GVW of 11,000+ as a measure of safety. There are plenty of custom spring part makers that can assist.
