First remove the inner door handle and the window crank. Then remove the inner door panel. You need to drop the glass to the bottom of the door by taking the two crank arms out of the track on to bottom of the window. There are 2 stop screw you need to remove then use the window crank to move the arms until the line up to the slots for the wheels fit through. Then remove the inside door handle mechanism and disconnect it from the flat rod that goes to the door latch. Then raise the flat rod up through the slot that the window rises up through. Now remove the screws that hold the door latch mechanism. Once the screes are out use the flat rod and twist the door latch mechanism from behind the window channel and drop it into the door and remove it from the inside.
