Dave that’s what I figured. 1k for the swivel and 500 for the winch and PTO since condition is unknown. Steve, those Lake City trucks … yep they were really rough. But glad you saved what you were able to. I doubt this guy will ever sell the swivel frame pw. He also has a complete WC21 but it’s not much better than the pw.
