Willock invented the Swivel Frame, then licenced it to Truckstell at some point. Willock wasn’t a huge company. It was located in False Creek area of Vancouver & then they had a branch in Alberta & possibly one in Ontario? The Truckstell I can’t tell you much about other than they were based in Florida and it’s different cross members…not as beefy. Not sure if it was a Willock design or if they just gave them permission to fabricate them?
