Both Pierce and King Seeley were factory supplied and both had free spinning pulleys until it was "locked in", then it would spin the governor. Like locking hubs on 4wd. Looking to purchase an original pulley (VERY long shot, I know) or would like to talk with somebody who has one so I could possibly reverse engineer it (WEEKS worth of time on the lathe and knee mill, I know)!
