Not on a Power Wagon, but I had a Ford pickup that sometimes wouldn't turn over to start. Until I got the money to replace the starter I would put it in 4th gear and rock the truck back and forth until it would start. Of course if it was on a little grade, start it on compression.
That really wasn't much help, was it? :) :)
