Thanks for all the suggestions. The whole system is only a year old, and everything was new about 500 miles ago. The most likely thing is the flex hose between the frame and the rear axle. Its new also but it could be bad. And no I did not use the parking brake, its on the driveline and would not affect the rear brakes.
