Ok folks- I am revealing my ignorance on electrical stuff. I checked out Vaughn's fantastic PIF (amazing work). I am not sure which diagram to follow. Here is my situation:
I have a 1 wire deco alternator, Pertronix setup with flame thrower coil, I am ordering a new 12 volt "converted" starter 146 tooth ring gear compatible without solenoid. i have an external "Ford" solenoid. I have ballast resistor on firewall. and a resister behind the fuel gauge.
I have to order 12 volt gauge bulbs and seal beam headlights.
Do I need my original voltage regulator (6volt)?
I sure would appreciate knowing which PIF diagram to use- I am not setting up electric fuel pump. Thanks in advance.
