12 Volt Generator

Has anyone got a good core? I bought one off the forum years ago but it must be off a car. It has a pressed on pulley that�s 1/2� & looks to me like the original had a nut that holds the 5/8 pulley in place. I think only 56 & 57 or
maybe 57 & 58 were 12 volt but still used a Generator.
If anyone has one I�d love to talk you out of it :)
