Be sure to get a NP 420 from an M37. That will be a straight bolt in as it has the same bolt pattern as the crash box transmissions. If you get one out of a later PW get the bell housing with it as it has a different bolt pattern.
The NP 420 in other civilian Dodge trucks have a different bolt pattern and a longer input shaft. People tend to avoid those.
What ever your choice is you will need the center floor hump and the passenger side floorboard.
