Tube and Flap Question

I had purchased tubes from one company. They are the Airloc centered stem. I purchased flaps from Midwest. They have an offset hole. I inquired with John B to see if they can be used with the centered stem tube. He said yes. Has anyone else had the same experience or should I return them and find the centered stem flap? Thanks!
