My family and I lived in Des Moines for two years before transferring to Chicago. Winters were brutal for a CA boy, so I think I'll stay in CA with the wackos. People complain about affordability and they'll be the first in line to cheer for a higher minimum wage for jobs that were never intended to be livable wages careers. I'm just waiting on the Democrats out here to fully implode and reset the price of real state, gas prices and an economy that works, that'll be my affordability. But if it doesn't work out, I may have to reconsider and join you. Thanks Clint!
