Death wobble

My WC53 suddenly has learned how to do the death wobble. 12k miles of relatively smooth sailing and all of a sudden, if I hit a bump, it tries to kill us. Not just once but three..four times on a few mile trip.

What's the leading cause of things like this? I"ve not crawled underneath to check anything yet. It's kinda' cold and drippy here at the moment.
