Guys, you're all missing the point. I know how to find TDC, I know how to use a vacuum gauge to time, I know how to make the marks on the pulley visible.
I have encountered numerous crank pulleys where the marks are almost if not completely illegible, either from rut, or having been newly painted. I thought it might be helpful to someone else to be able to locate the marks. I am being paid to restore this truck, if Dodge in its infinite wisdom chose to put timing marks on the pulley, it's my job to have them be visible and functional.
