Missing timing marks?

I am in the process of dressing the 230 of the truck I am doing currently. The crankshaft pulley is all nicely painted, which obscured the timing marks about 80 percent or so. I could see faint bits of the lines, but not TDC, or the 10 degree marks. I took an unpainted pulley to see where the marks were. I discoverd that if you connect the center lines of the 2 puller holes, and with the pulley sitting hub side down, keyway up towards noon, extend the line to the left side if the rim. That will be TDC.
