For example for any axle:
If you were to take the front right wheel n tire off
Rotate it so the outside of tire n wheel remain on outside, move it to the left side n mount it
Doing same with left, remove, rotate for outside to remain outside n mount on right
The off-set rims will be mounted properly n the tread direction will be reversed
