I bought 4 dual wheels years ago from a guy in Pennsylvania and I believe he said they were from a military trailer, instead of buying 2 I bought 4 and to put one on the inside I just knocked the ridge down on the brake drum a little on the brake lathe it worked out great, no tires touching like when you only use one.
