I had a custom set on my 47
4 stock wheels had the centers moved out app 1 3/4 in. from stock and then the brake drum od was bevel cut 1/8 of an inch or so so the inner dual would clear the drum
There is an elusive factory single outer with the center out far enough that it mates to a stock wheels
Others may chime in on other options some use spacers but all of these put the outer way out side of truck
My modified stock wheels worked great
Problem is the stock hubs are a single wheel design with the wheel face way out on the hub so your wheel bearings cannot have any play or it will pop axles
Dually hubs have the wheel face on the inside of the hub vs the outside
That said
I never popped anx axle and I hauled some Xtreme loads
