If the motor is bad you can possibly fix it. You should be able to separate the motor from its mount on the wiper gears. And open it up. Most likely either the brushes are worn out or are gummed up with dust possibly oil and are not sliding in their holder. If you pull the motor apart you can clean them and their holders. Watch out for the springs behind the brushes as you don’t want to loose them. You can also clean the contacts where the brushes run on the armature as they are commonly pitted by arching and covered with dust from the brushes. You can use a crocus cloth to polish them. Be careful and use very little pressure. When done wipe the contacts clean.
If the motor is toast, you can go to a good auto parts store or motor shop and they will have books that list motors by voltage, diameter, length, shaft diameter and shaft length. I went to Napa auto parts and got a new blower motor for my WC53.
