When I bought the '47 WDX It came from California with a 318 with this NP 435 attached to it. Tags were missing on trans. It is a Dodge big truck Tranny I was told, That is all I know. Truck has a 251 in it now. This swap will work as I described with Dodge trans. It weas easy for me as I spent my life as a Tool & Die Maker, And I have a small Machine shop. I think AI changed spelling in my first post sorry Ron
