It looks like 1st & 2nd is good shape, it was probably replaced. 4th & direct is worn well and I would consider replacing it. What you can't see is possible damage to other parts from what broke. If it were me, I world remove and tear down the transmission and inspect things, especially if you want a quiet transmission when driving. Because it's a spur gear, tolerances are very close and wear limit is .002 on bearing surfaces. What is the transmission case number?
