Below is a link to the Chelsea 352 manual. It's got everything you need. Looking at the diagrams (see page 13) it appears there are 2 housing castings used for the assembly arrangements. One for numbers 3 and 6, and one for numbers 4 and 5.

I believe the one on ebay is set up as a Number 5. You'll have to see where your idler gear sits in the opening (front or rear), and see if that housing will work on the left side. If not, I can see what I have one here.
