I got a piece of flat stock 1/16 inch thick, used the glass from the stock unit and traced it out, then gave equal spacing to the gauges and cut it with a Bosch jig saw to create the gauge plate. The gauges are Equus mini gauges,. 1.5 dia. Use just the frame and gauge plate when assembling with gauges. No gas gauge available in a 1.5 dia. so far, and there is room for four gauges, so if I ever find one, I'll cut a new one for four gauges. The Bosch does a great job cutting the steel, like cutting through butter.
