Who did the adjustment of the knuckles, you or someone else? Wobble is usually loose knuckles. Also are you using combat or standard FPW rims? Rims may be out-of-round causing the tire to be out-of-round. Jack the tire up and spin it, if it's more than 1/16 difference, you'll need to have them trued or demount the tire and rotate it 180 degrees.
