From reading your post, your engine needs a overhaul so its dependable. You go to some very remote areas to end up with a Cat that has a blown engine. At the very least have some who you with a big Cat that can break trail and drag you out. Your going out into serious winter conditions that would be life threatening if you
lost power and had to snow shoe out. Please give serious thought.
