Don't buy one at a local box auto parts store. They do not have new ones and only have rebuilt ones. The rebuilt ones quite often have been rebuilt multiple times. They will often have micro fractures and very stressed metal that is prone to failure. Ask me how I know. I went through 2 of them from ORylies. each lasted a month or two. One dropped a spring and the other broke a finger that holds the friction material. It's not nice to hear those parts rattling around. I am referring to the clutch disk failing as they take a lot of abuse.
I eventually went to Dave C. who advertises here and has new stock last I knew.
