Took out the seal/rod from the booster all appears ok. The MC had some black flakes from something, clean out. Checked clearance between MC and booster rod, 0.025, so plenty of clearance. Bench bled the MC installed on the truck using syringe and brake pedal and now I have excellent brake pedal pressure. Raybestos MC39075 works good only problem is the repair kit MK646 is obsolete, bummer. See link.
