Good information on forming brake lines. With the hanging pedal kit, we have two issues: flexing of either the cowl, booster, MC, and flexing of the cab itself moving up and down on rubber insulators due to bumps and dips in the road. So no matter how much we try, there is going to be line flexing. According to the information at the link, using loops in a section of the line, the flexing is very small, and puts almost no strain on the line. I think for us using hanging pedals, the solution is using 3 coils in a section of the line as the image illustrates, to prevent line problems. I'm going to try this before doing anything else. There is no way we can stop the flexing between breaking components and cab flexing and this may be our best solution. Buy a good tool!
