My MC doesn't move that much maybe 3/16 of an inch. The problem is not the firewall flexing if you look at the image in my reply to Greg you'll see the brace that is connected to the steering column bolts. The dash nor the firewall flex, it's the booster itself that flexes. Placing the MC/Booster/pedal rod in a straight line would probably stop it, it's less with the new angle, but the pedal mount is not designed that way, and modifying the mount is not an option for me at this point. If I were to do it, I would need to grind the rod opening downward, right now the rod is just off the bottom of it due to a new mc/booster angle, and again relocate the MC rod about an inch up the pedal shortening the stroke and that would probably cause another issue. The whole VPW unit needs a redesign. Kevlar flex lines may be my only option at this point as I'm going to put the MC/booster back in the original location. I'm not to concerned using flex lines we use four of them and so far no one has complained about them breaking, and the Kevlar lines don't expand like normal flex lines. Thanks Paul!
