Upper door hinge on the PW is flat, lower has a bend to it, don't flatten it out. If you're trying to align the door with the cab rib, it didn't align from the factory. If the door is warped, you align by using a piece of wood between the door and cab, see link. You might want to purchase a repair manual, well worth the money.
