Dana 70s would have 6 lugs until 1969, when they went to 8 lugs on Dana 70, right? It's resonable to assume that during the past 70+ years someone either mounted the body on a 3/4 ton frame or installed bigger front and rear drive axles.
Talk to the owner about the truck's history or if there's a data plate that should help with identification.
It looks like the front and rear bumpers came from a steel recycling center. :)
