As per Dodge information they never built Town Wagons or Town Panels on anything but D100 or W100 chassis. That said I had a 1960 W200 Town Wagon V8 that was a GSA truck painted grey. My Town Wagon was originally a W200 per the data plate VIN # and equipped with 6 bolt drums and 19.5" wheels. There is also a Dodge photo of a 1959 W200 Town Wagon coming up a hill at the truck test center. It is clear it has 6 bolt wheels. Both of these trucks were equipped with the small knuckle Dana 44 front axle and the Dodge corporate real axle along with 6 bolt wheels. This is how all the 3/4T 4X4 trucks were built in these years.
This just goes to show if you had the money they would build just about anything.
Thanks John
